We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant in our Copiague, NY location. This position will report to the Labor and Logistics Manager with a main function of supporting the day-to-day scheduling of both in-house Labor and Subcontractor labor.  The ideal candidate will be proactive with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate weekly labor schedule
  • Maintain Job Installation Logs
  • Manage Timekeeping System – ClockShark
  • Communicate daily with Customers, Project Managers, Labor Managers, Salespeople, and Subcontractors.
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including reports and dashboards and other routine tasks for all our data systems
Qualifications:
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and entire Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be comfortable speaking on the phone with Customers.
  • Must be able to follow direction and see tasks through to completion.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize several tasks at once is a must.
  • Ideal candidate will be extremely organized.
  • Experience in the Construction and/or Flooring industry is a huge plus.
  • Ability to work in a Fast-Paced Environment
